Teleco is an advanced theme developed by FIGOVER for their Drupal distribution. It contains the same kinds of features you'll find in our other Drupal themes.

There are 7 regions available in Teleco for placing blocks of content. The regions are as follows:
1. Header Blocks
2. Sidebar Left
3. Sidebar Right
4. Content Top
5. Content
6. Content bottom
7. Footer
Because the regions in Teleco are collapsible (a region disappears if blocks are not assigned) there can be different layouts:
1. Layout first - blocks are present in sidebar-left region and no blocks present in sidebar-right region
2. Layout first - blocks are present in sidebar-right region and no blocks present in sidebar-left region
Teleco Primary links can be enabled to have sub menu items displayed as drop downs.
To enable the drop down menus you will need to first create sub menu items for a Primary links menu item, or you can create a custom menu. To enable the drop down you must check the "Expanded" option for the parent menu item. As shown in figure, the menu configuration section of Drupal is located at:
/admin/build/menu-customize/primary-links
